Disneyland® Paris saw a significant increase in downloads, starting at 266K in the first week of April and peaking at 749K by the end of that month. Weekly active users mirrored this trend, beginning at 756K and rising to 1.4M towards the end of April. Following these peaks, both metrics showed some fluctuations but maintained strong engagement throughout the quarter.
The LEGOLAND® Billund Resort app also exhibited growth in downloads, with an initial 76K downloads in the first week of April and a surge to 438K by the end of April. However, the app's performance saw a dip in June, ending the quarter at 240K downloads.
While Disneyland® app's downloads remained relatively low compared to other theme park apps, there was a steady increase in weekly active users, growing from 85K to 123K by mid-June before settling back to 100K at the end of the quarter.
My Disney Experience had modest download numbers beginning at 11K in April and experiencing a peak of 38K twice, first in late April and then in early May. Weekly active users showed more consistency, with a gradual increase from 58K to 80K over the quarter.
